Brabanthallen te ’s-Hertogenbosch
From 22 to 24 April 2026, the 37th edition of the Mushroom Days took place at the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch. This leading international trade fair for the mushroom industry was once again a great success.
A total of 124 exhibitors from 21 countries participated, creating an impressive exhibition floor with their professionally presented stands. With 4,800 admissions over the three days and visitors from 97 countries, the event can rightly be described as a truly global mega-event, unrivalled within the mushroom industry.
The Networking Party was also well attended, attracting 900 participants. During the evening, five winners of the Ambassador of the Mushroom Industry Award were announced.
The organisers look back on a flawlessly run edition and greatly appreciate the pleasant interactions with both exhibitors and visitors. Surveys have now been sent to participants and visitors, and the initial results confirm the organising committee’s positive impression. The full survey results will be published on this website shortly.
The next edition of the Mushroom Days is scheduled to take place from 13 to 15 June 2029 at the Brabanthallen in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Be sure to mark the dates in your calendar.

The mushroom sector: we are all part of it. Everyone who is directly or indirectly involved in giving consumers daily choices from a wide range of delicious mushrooms is a partner in our industry. For decades, the sector has experienced tumultuous developments and this is unlikely to change in the coming years. Many people who are active in the mushroom sector do their utmost to give their company or organization a good future.
However, there are also those who develop initiatives that transcend the interests of their immediate environment. The performance of which results in vital momentum for the entire sector. As true ambassadors, they contribute to the positive image of our mushroom sector, the landscape of which would probably look very different without their efforts.
These are the people that Stichting Champignondagen wants to reward for their enormous services to the sector by presenting the ‘Ambassador of the Mushroom Industry Award’. This award is intended for those who, as a true ambassador, contribute to a positive image of the mushroom sector. During the Mushroom Days 2026, this prestigious prize was awarded to five people.
